Using the diagnostic means you accept these terms.

By signing in and using CLRT Ascent, you agree to these terms. If you are using it for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

A diagnostic that produces a brief, not a service contract.

CLRT Ascent is a single-respondent diagnostic. The free tier maps one person and the single workflow that costs them most, and produces a brief with an Agentic Growth Score. A paid, organisation-wide diagnostic runs the same engine across a team. We may change, add, or remove features, and we may limit or suspend access where a use threatens the service or other users.

Built for accountable decision-makers.

You must be at least 18 years old to use CLRT Ascent. It is intended for people accountable for a business outcome, and the data you enter should be your own or your organisation's, shared with the proper authority to do so.

Access is tied to your verified email.

Sign-in is passwordless: we send a one-time code to your email to verify it. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure and for activity carried out under your session. Tell us promptly if you believe your access has been used without your permission.

Credible, not exact, and never a guarantee.

Every figure in your brief is an estimate, derived from the information you enter and from CLRT's sector benchmarks, and shown as a range against a visible assumption. The tool renders only what you provide; it invents nothing. The figures are for general guidance to help you think, and they are not financial, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice.

CLRT does not guarantee any particular saving, result, or level of accuracy. Decisions you make on the basis of a brief are your own, and you should take your own professional advice before acting on them.

Use it in good faith.

• Do not submit false, misleading, or unlawful information.
• Do not scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute the diagnostic or its output as a product.
• Do not reverse engineer, probe, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.
• Do not use the service to build a competing diagnostic or to train a competing model.

For the paid diagnostic only.

The free diagnostic is free. If you buy the organisation-wide diagnostic, the price and any taxes are shown at checkout, and payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Unless the law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable once the paid diagnostic has been delivered. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will make it right where we reasonably can.

We own the engine; you own your inputs.

CLRT and its licensors own the diagnostic, the software, the methodology, the Agentic Growth Score, and the L0 to L4 Agentic Maturity Model. You keep ownership of the information you submit. You grant CLRT a licence to use that information to provide the service and, in aggregated and anonymised form, to improve it. You may use the brief we produce for your own internal business purposes.

How we collect and use your data, and the rights you hold over it, are set out in our privacy policy. By using the service you acknowledge that policy.

The service is provided as is.

To the extent permitted by law, CLRT Ascent is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Bounded, to the extent the law allows.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLRT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service or your reliance on a brief. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or AED 500. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We update this page when things change.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we do, we revise this page and update the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear before they take effect, and your continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai for any dispute arising from them.
